Dealers' Information

Flying Wings Kites has designed our dealer program to serve large and small stores equally. For your convenience, you can order on-line and your order wil be promptly shipped. If you prefer, you can call us and get a real, live person who is familiar with our merchandise and who will be able to give you honest help in selecting what will sell best in your store. In addition to our on-line catalog, each month we prepare a bulletin we call "Deal of the Month" that is emailed or faxed to our customers, on request.

Flying Wings Kites offers each dealer a flat discount off list price. Unless otherwise stated, shipping on all orders will be billed to the customer. Orders are normally shipped within 72 hours. Once your credit account has been approved, payment is due Net 20 from day of invoice.

I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • New Account: First Order must be Visa or Master Card Payment or COD.
  • Terms: Net 20 days upon credit approval.
  • All POs pre-paid by credit card, check, or money order will receive a 5% discount.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge.
  • Past Due invoices are subject to a 1.5% cumulative financial charge per month plus resulting collection, legal, court and all incidental fees.
  • If a legal action becomes necessary, it will be instituted in San Jose, CA.
  • Standard shipping method is UPS Ground; requests for other shipping methods are subject to service charges.
  • Minimum order is $100, orders under $100 will incur a $10 service charge.
  • Backorders under $50 are subject to cancellation.
  • All sales are deemed final. All returns must be pre-approved by Flying Wings Kites and require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. Clearly mark the RMA # on the shipping label as well as on the box(es).
  • Returns of unused products: Must be within 10 days of delivery and include original documentation. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from refund.
  • Products damaged or shortage claims must be filed to shipping carrier within 5 days, please call Flying Wings Kites for assistance.
