Backorders under $50 are subject to cancellation.
All sales are deemed final. All returns must be pre-approved by Flying Wings Kites and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused.
Returns of unused products must occur within 10 days of delivery and include original documentation. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
Standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Requests for other shipping methods are subject to extra service charges.

Past Due invoices are subject to a 1.5% cumulative financial charge per month plus resulting collection, legal, court and all incidental fees. If a legal action becomes necessary, it will be instituted in San Jose, CA. under California Law.
